Refund Policy for Home Study and On-line Courses

All refund requests need to be submitted in writing to support@elearningessentials for consideration within 30 days of the purchase of the course and prior to taking the course examination.  The participant will receive credit in the full amount of the original purchase to use towards another course for a period of one year.

As continuing education requirements for mental health professionals vary considerably from state to state, it is the responsibility of each professional to determine if the courses offered at eLearning Essentials meet approval. Refunds/Credits will not be issued for non-acceptance by a board.
